Download Odin and Rooted firmware (UK – SM-T210) or SM-T210R from here to your computer. Install Odin onto your PC and then extract the respective firmware into a folder onto your desktop.

How to Root Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 [SM-T210 or SM-T210R]:

Step 1: Open Odin and then reboot your device so to enter it in Download Mode. To do so, press and hold the Volume Down + Home + Power buttons together until the screen turns ON.

Step 2: Now, connect your device with help of the original USB cable to the PC i.e. the cable that came with it.

Step 3: The ID: COM section will turn Yellow, if all the drivers are installed onto the PC and Odin recognizes your device.
