Google Nexus 7 is the first tablet shipped with latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus has also got the latest Android Jelly Bean firmware update. It is hard to root  Nexus series with fastboot and adb commands and you may get confused and brick your Nexus device. XDA dev forum member wugfrush has launched the new Nexus Root Toolkit which has made rooting and flashing custom recovery [ClockWorkMod, TWRP] very easy for Nexus device users. This tool support all Nexus devices including latest Nexus 7, Galaxy Nexus.

All in one Nexus Root Toolkit version 1.5 has recently came up with lot of features. It contains all the necessary files needed to unlock / root your nexus, you can even flash it back to stock and re-lock the same. You can even use it for backup and restore all your important data, flash zips, set file permissions, pull and push files, install new apps, etc. There is file association options, which perform tasks like flashing zip files, flashing apps, etc just by double-clicking. Developer has done very good job that he had included help file to explain all the new features in detail.

How to Root your Nexus Tablet with Nexus Root Toolkit

Step 1.     To begin this process, you need to first download the Nexus Root Toolkit Package on your Computer.

Step 2.     Once the download completes, you need to double-click on .exe file to execute and install it on your Computer.

Step 3.     When you are done, launch the same and select your model.

Step 4.     Then, configure your drivers using the guide.

Step 5.     Then, you need to create the backup of your important data such as Bookmarks, Contacts, SMS, Call Logs, APN and MMS settings, etc. then, follow the procedure to unlock and Root it.

Step 6.     All the buttons it contains has introduction messages. Try them to see.

Step 7.     In order to access the help file, you need to press the F1 key or use the pull down menu in the Top.
