Step 5: You should disable security apps and programs like Antivirus and Firewall on your Android device as they may interrupt the procedure.

How to Root AT&T HTC One and Install CWM / TWRP Recovery:

Step 1: First of all, connect your Sprint HTC One to the PC using original USB cable i.e. the cable that came with it.

Step 2: Now, from the folder where you have extracted the “Hasoon2000’s All-In-One Toolkit for Sprint HTC One”, double on the “.exe” file to open up the toolkit.

Step 3: You will see the interface of the Hasoon2000’s toolkit, just click on “Unlock Bootloader” to first unlock the Bootloader.

Step 4: As soon as, the Bootloader is unlocked you can install recovery on your Sprint HTC One by clicking on “ClockworkMod” or “ClockworkMod Touch”.

Step 5: The flashing process of recovery will complete in few minutes.

Step 6: Now, to achieve permanent root access, you will again have to open “Hasoon2000’s Toolkit” and under “Extras” click on “Perm Root” to gain permanent root access on your Sprint HTC One.

Step 7: When you are done with everything just reboot your device.
