Step 1: Reboot your phone so as to enter it in Bootloader/ Fastboot mode. To do so, press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons together until the screen turns ON.

Step 2: Once you device has booted up in Bootloader mode, navigate to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory on your PC and open Command Prompt window there. To open command prompt, press Shift + Right-click > Open Command Prompt.

Step 3: Now, type the command that follows in the command prompt window:

fastboot flash boot boot.img

fastboot reboot

Step 4: Now, follow the navigation instructions on the screen, then select “BOOTLOADER” and then go to recovery.

Step 5: Next, from the main CWM recovery menu, select “wipe data/factory reset” and then select “wipe dalvik cache” to clear all the cache data’s on your phone.

Step 6: Next, again from the main recovery, select “install zip from sdcard” then select “choose zip from sdcard” and then select the ROM file you’ve placed on the SD Card.

Step 7: As soon as the ROM file has been flashed, flash the Google Apps Package in the same manner as you’ve flashed the ROM file.

Step 8: When the installation process has completed, select “+++++Go Back+++++” and then select “reboot system now” to reboot your phone.
